Ingredients

    2 tubes crescent rolls( low fat)
    3/4 C. lite mayonnaise
    1/2 C. lite sour cream
    2(8oz) pkgs cream cheese
    1 envelope Ranch dressing
    3/4 C. mozzarella cheese or co-jack cheese
    3/4C. chopped green pepper
    3/4 C. chopped tomatoe
    3/4 C. chopped broccolli
    3/4 C. chopped cauliflower
    3/4 C. chopped carrot

Directions

Place rolls on 12x17 inch pan which has been sprayed lightly with Pam
Bake at 350 for 7 to 8 minutes
mix together crm cheese, mayo, dressing mix and sour cream. spread over cresecent rolls after they have cooled.

sprinkle over crm cheese mixture and cover with motzerella or co-jack shredded cheese
press down lightly, cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
makes 24 2 inch pieces.
