Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 Clove Chopped Garlic
    1 Tsp Ginger, grated
    1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/4 Cup Shallots, finely sliced
    1 C Chinese Cabbage, also called Nappa cabbage, sliced
    1/4 Cup Carrots, thinly sliced on diagonal
    1/4 Cup Mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/4 Cup Celery, thinly sliced on diagonal
    1/4 Cup Pea Pods, cut in 3 pieces
    1/8 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
    1/4 Pound Shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1 Tbsp Dry Sherry
    3 Tbsps Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 Tsp Sesame Oil
    2 Tsps Cornstarch

Directions

Combine last 6 ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Heat a Wok on high heat or a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. Add vegetables and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are soft, about 1 or 2 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture, stir for 1 minute, add shrimp and continue to stir until shrimp are just pink, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
