Introduction

The goulash can be made in advance and tastes even better the second day.
Serve with a green salad of lettuce, French Bean or cucumber.

Ingredients

    500 grams goulash beef meat
    500 grams onions
    2 Tbsp oil
    2 Tbsp sweet paprika spice
    garlic, salt, pepper, caraway seeds
    1 tin tomato paste
    1 tsp sugar
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1 cup water

Directions

Fry chopped onions in oil till clear
Add spices fold in meat and brown slightly
Mix tin of tomato paste with sugar ,vinegar and water and cook slowly for 60 minutes.
Add a little water if nescessary to keep the goulash sauce going.
Serve with potatoes, mashed or whole, rice, band noodles, gnocci or dumplings.
