This recipe makes enough for a Picnic or Family Bar B Q.
Start by getting the biggest pot you have.
( A nice sized Crock Pot will do.:-)
Fill it half way with water, Cut the Potatoes in 1/2 then in 1/2 again, then start cutting into Cubes.
( Make sure if you see any Browses to feed them to Oscar. ( Garage Disposal)
Put them into the pot & put them on the burner & turn them on Medium High for 10 Min. After 10 Mins. put the cover on & let sit for another 10 min.
( If you are a Pro, then just put the potatoes on Med. until tender.)
While you are waiting on Potatoes, take a Medium Sauce pan, Put the Eggs & Onions.( Onions Optional Cooked or put in Raw) Fill with Water, ( Make sure you Fill it up enough to leave an inch above the Eggs.) Cook on Medium High for 10 Min, then put the Lid on for Another 10 Min.
(You could just Add all the ingredients into the same Crock Pot & Cook all together but, I've separated each item for those of you whom are very picky.)
Crack all the eggs & cut up into cubes,
Put all the ingredients( Except Cinnamon & Chives) into a Hugh Plastic or Metal Bowl, Stir until all is Yummy,Yummy,Creamy & Smooth.
Take a pinch & dash Cinnamon & Chives all over the top & there you have it.

I omitted the ham and onions--I HATE raw onions! I added celery for crunch. Very tasty and easy. - 5/6/09
