Introduction
A very tasty grilled ham and cheese made with spicy brown mustard and a hint of garlic.This recipe made on my GT Xpress RSG but could be made on the 101 or just on a standard electric grill. A very tasty grilled ham and cheese made with spicy brown mustard and a hint of garlic.
This recipe made on my GT Xpress RSG but could be made on the 101 or just on a standard electric grill.

Ingredients

2 slices of bread. I used white but any kind will do.
I can't belive its not butter or other type.
dill pickles
onion slice
slice of lean sandwich ham
slice of american cheese.
garlic powder
Directions
You can make 1 sandwich or many with this easy recipe.
whip half a tablespoon of butter with garlic powder. Amount to personal taste.
Spread evenly on the on one side of each peice of bread, this will be the outside of the sandwich.
Spread your spicy mustard on one of the slices of bread for the inside of the sandwich, and place on grill or in cooker butter side down.
add ham and then cheese over the mustard side.
add your onions and pickles and place other slice of bread on sandwich butter side up.
Close GT Xpress RSG and cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on level of doneness perfered.
depending on thickness of sandwich you may need to flip half way through to ensure even browning.
If using GT101 make as 2 sandwich pockets.
For a standard grill just flip until done.
