Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (1 lb)
    Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded
    Tomatoes, 2 cup, diced
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 12 tbsp
    Taco Seasoning, 1 packet
    Hard Taco Shells, 6
    Flour Tortillas, small, 6
    Taco sauce, 6 tsp

Directions

In large skillet brown ground turkey. Add 3/4 cup water and taco seasoning packet. Simmer 10 minutes. Place hard shells on cookie sheet and wrap tortillas in foil and place on cookie sheet. Warm in oven at 325 degrees for 6 minutes. Fill taco shells and tortillas with meat. Add taco sauce, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes as desired.

Makes 6 serving, which includes one hard and one soft shell taco each.
