Ingredients

    1 c whole wheat flour
    1 c skim milk
    1 egg
    2 t baking powder
    1/4 t salt
    1 t of Splenda
    1/4 c wheat germ

Directions

Mix ingredients till blended. Cook on griddle or pan coated in nonstick spray. Makes 6-8 pancakes. Great with pb for a great bfast or BFL meal.
