Ingredients

# Egg Yolk, 2 large (remove)
# Chocolate Dark, 40 gram (remove)
# Milk Hazelnuts - Original (Pacific), 100 gram (remove)
# Brown Sugar, 30+20 grams (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150C). Bring milk to boil in heavy large saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Whisk yolks and 30 grams of sugar in large bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in hot chocolate mixture. Strain.
Divide custard among espresso cups. Place cups in large baking pan. Add enough hot water to pan to come halfway up sides of cups. Bake until custards are set, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from water; chill 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat broiler. Sprinkle each custard with 1 teaspoon sugar. Broil until sugar turns golden, watching closely to avoid burning, about 3 minutes. Serve hot or refrigerate until custards are set, 1 to 2 hours.
