Jasmine Rice
Kung Pao Sauce
Soy Sauce
Leeks
Green Onions
Corn Starch
Tomatoes, Fresh
Directions
Cut Beef into strips and then bite sized pieces. Mix Corm Starch and Soy Sauce with in with the beef, cover and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Chop leeks, and green onion into small bite sizes, Dice garlic.
Start Rice - 1 C Rice and 2 C water. Cooks for 10-12 minutes.
Put 1-2 Tbsp olive oil in pan to heat and put in marinated beef and saute for 2-3 minutes. Take out and put into a bowl - add 1/4 cup water to pan to loossen bottom and collect drippings. Pour this in bowl with the Beef.
Put 1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil in pan and reheat to medium. Put in leeks, garlic, green onion and saute for 10 minutes. Turn heat down to low and add beef and Kung Pao Sauce. Mix together and Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Tomatoes chopped into pieces mix once and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve over Rice.
