Ingredients

    10 ounces skim milk or plain soy milk
    1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    1 medium banana


Directions

Make it: In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Use 4/5 ice cubes for a thicker consistency.


Makes 1 serving which can be split into 2 generous portions when low on calories!

    This worked out very nicely, though I had to put a little bit more ice in it to get a good consistency. I wanted a smoothie and this one was very tasty! Thanks for posting this recipe on here! - 8/15/09
