    1 serving Easy Sweet & Sour Sauce **
    28g onions, chopped
    100g Baby Carrots, sliced
    100g Mushrooms, sliced
    100g Red or Yellow bell peppers, chopped
    100g Napa Cabbage, chopped

Heat a large, nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Add onions and carrots, cook about 2 minutes. Next add mushrooms and peppers, cook, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Add cabbage and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
Finally add sweet & sour sauce and cook, stirring, until sauce evenly coats everything and thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
