Introduction

Mix in fat free yogurt, mayo, minced garlic clove, oregano, ground cumin, salt.
Toss in can of drained garbanzo beans, onion rings, diced cucumber and romaine lettuce and mix gently.
Add diced tomato and feta cheese and mix lightly.
Microwave pita till warm.
Cut pita to half and fill in the veggie mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.

    4 onion rings
    3 ounce crumbled fat free(or reduced fat) feta cheese with tomato and basil
    4 whole wheat pita bread
    3 ounces roma or grape tomato
    3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
