Ingredients

    2 - 5oz cans Bumble Bee chunk light tuna in water
    16oz frozen vegetables (California blend used for this recipe)
    2 cups dry pasta (whole wheat rotini used for this recipe)
    1/2 cup milk (Rice milk used for this recipe)
    3oz Velveeta cheese
    1/2oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    4 slices of American cheese
    Sea Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350; cook pasta as directed; add frozen vegetable to pasta after it begins to boil; meanwhile, drain water from tuna; then drain pasta and veggies in colander; place pasta and veggies in baking dish and add milk, Velveeta, American cheese, and tuna; combine until well mixed; add seasonings to taste; add shredded mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts (oven times may vary)
