Ingredients

# All Purpose Flour, 3 cup (remove)
# Buckwheat flour (1 cup), 240 gram (remove)
# Wheat germ, crude, 0.33 cup (remove)
# Yeast, Dry, 0.5 ounce (remove)
# Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
# Goat Milk, 2 cup (remove)
# Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)
# Low Fat Butter, 50 gram(s) (remove)
# Egg, 1 fresh, beaten
# Sesame seeds, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in mixer with dough hook.
over a medium heat, melt the butter in milk and sugar, mix until lukewarm.
start the mixer on low and let stir a bit.
slowly add the warm milk, mix until it start to separate from the mixer bowl and then for 8 minutes more.
cover the bowl with a nylon wrap, leave in a dark warm place until it doubles its size ~ 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
slightly pound the dough over the counter, and divide into 20 balls ~ 2 oz. each. let stand for 10 min.
lightly flatten the buns and place on a baking paper ~ 1 1/2 inch apart.
brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
let stand for 1 hour until the buns size doubles.
heat oven to 350F.
bake for 13-15 min.
