Introduction

This is from my trusty, dusty Bread Machine Cookbook. I use this book pretty much on a daily basis!
This recipe is for a medium yield bread machine.
I DID NOT factor in the time that the bread machine is doing it's magic :-)

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    0.5 C Milk
    0.5 C Water
    1 packet Splenda
    1.5 tsp salt
    1.5 C white flour
    1.5 C wheat flour
    1 C shredded Mont Jack Cheese
    2 tsp chopped jalapeno (fresh or canned)
    1.5 tsp yeast

Directions

1) Put all the ingredients in the machine. Select Dough Cycle.
2) Scrape down the sides after 8-10 minutes if needed.
3) When the machine beeps, turn out the dough onto a lightly floured work area to prevent sticking.
4) Cut the dough into 18 pieces. Roll the pieces into balls and put into a lightly sprayed muffin tin.
5) Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
6) Bake in a 375F oven for 12-15 minutes.
7) Serve warm and ENJOY!
