Introduction

Yet another recipe from the trusty dusty bread machine book. My family LOVES this on lazy weekend mornings. I find that all this bread needs is a bit of butter and cinnamon sugar!
If you do have leftovers ( I never do) it makes pretty good french toast ;-)
I DID NOT include the cooking time for the machine. This is for a medium yield machine.

Ingredients

    0.75 C Water (3 c)
    1.5 T Oil
    0.25 C Maple Syrup ( for this recipe I splurged and got the REAL stuff. It was worth it!)
    3 oz. Lowfat Plain Yogurt
    1 Egg
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1.5 T Splenda Brown Sugar
    1.5 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 C White Flour
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    0.5 tsp Ground Cloves
    2 tsp Yeast
    *Optional ( 3T Vital Wheat Gluten) *

Directions

Place all ingredients in bread machine. After 8-10 minutes, scrape down sides if needed.

Select Light Crust Whole Wheat Cycle.
