Ingredients

    1 cup milk (I used 1%)
    1/2 med. banana
    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 scoop unflavored vegetarian protein powder (or whatever you have on hand. adjust calories accordingly)
    sweetener, if desired

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender on high and mix until smooth.
