Introduction

This is a very low fat, high protein way to dip your veggies and dress your salad! This is a very low fat, high protein way to dip your veggies and dress your salad!

Ingredients

    1 cup cottage cheese
    .5 cup salsa
    2 T of nonfat or lowfat sour cream
    pinch of cumin seed
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    2 T of diced green onions

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Place in airtight container in refrigerator and use for dipping veggies or over salad. Great with romaine and a little avocado and tomatoes!
