Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup cranberry juice
    1 tbsp granulatd sugar
    1/2 tsp rosemary, dried or fresh
    1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
    2 tsp dijion mustard

Directions

Put olive oil in skillet over med. heat. Add pork slices and cook for aprox. 5 min. per side; remove and cover to keep warm. Add onion nad garlic to same skillet and cook until onions are tender. Stir in juices and remaining ingredients. Increase heat to med-high and bring sauce to a boil to reduce liquid by half. Return pork to the pan and reheat. Serve immediately with sauce.
