Introduction
Cool, very simple, fat-free spread. I used it over my Spicy Salmon Cakes to balance out the spiciness. Recipe is a fat-free version from the Rachel Ray of the Food Network. Ingredients

1 Chive, finely chopped
1/2 lemon squeezed for juice
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
Directions
1. Finely chop up some fresh chives and place in a small bowl.
2. Roll lemon then cut in half and squeeze out the juices into the small bowl.
3. Combine sour cream and cream cheese into the bowl and fold all of the ingredients together.
4. Refrigerate for about 30 min, then serve as a spread.
