Ingredients

    Lentil beans
    Brown Rice (I used Basmati)
    Mung beans
    Chicken Broth

a little bit of olive oil if desired to add with chicken broth. I didn't

Directions

The measurements are an estimate. Basically mix equal parts of lentils, mung beans, and brown rice, let soak in water over night and cook over low heat until water is about dry. Then add chicken broth to the mix and some salt and pepper if you'd like and let cook until the broth is absorbed. Serve as a side with a piece of meat or a protein. I like the taste and it's very good for you :)
