Ingredients

    1 c. Broccoli
    1 c. Cauliflower
    1.5 oz grated Cheddar Cheese
    1 c. condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/3 c. Milk
    2 Tbsp Wheat Germ

Directions

Steam broccoli and cauliflower until firm, then place in casserole dish. Combine milk and condensed soup and spoon over broccoli. Top with cheese and wheat germ, then bake in a preheated 350* oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings, 1/2 cup each.
