Introduction

This potato salad is a tangy and tastey. Named after my friend Nancy who gave me the recipe. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did. Of course her's was made with regular mayo and sour cream . Ingredients

    12 to 16 oz of Red Potatoes
    2 Scallions or Green onions (chopped)
    2 Stalks Celery (Chopped)
    4 oz Kraft fat free Mayo
    4 oz Light Sour cream (Daisy Brand)
    Salt ,Pepper and Paprika

Directions

Cut the potatoes in quarters with skin and boil or bake until tender set aside to cool. Chop the onions and celery. Combine the Potatoes Celery and onions then add the sour cream and mayo.
Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with paprika for garnish. this will make 4-6 servings

    Very Good
    Yummy, I substituted fresh chives for the scallions since I had none on hand. I also added 1 TBS. of bacon bits. - 7/3/09
