Introduction
I decided I was tried of entering each ingredient as I made my fruity bran flake breakfast......so I entered it as a recipe ...now I know exactly how many calories I am eating and the nutritional value of my favorite breakfast... a whopping 8.6 g of fiber and only 289 calories (5.7g fat).You could reduce the calories to 259 and the fat to 1.3 grams by using skim milk....and some day I am going to be that good. Ingredients

1/4 Apple, fresh, chopped
1/4 Banana, med
1/4 cup Blueberries
1.10 oz Millville Bran Flakes
1 pkg Splenda with 1 gram of Fiber,
1 cup Milk, 2%
Directions
The blueberries were fresh last July...but I freeze them so I have my wonderful berries all year. Wash the apple but do not peel it, then chip it into small pieces. The fruit is done first , then add the cereal to the bowl, then splenda and milk.. for a calorie free extra sprinkle cinnamon to taste..it is touted to have calorie burning qualities..but also tast good. enjoy
