Ingredients

4 cups chopped Swiss Chard
3 cups chopped Arugula
1 cup chopped red leaf lettuce
3 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream
3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
salt to taste (no salt included in nutrition info)
fresh black pepper.
1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs (I used Progresso)
Directions
Makes 4 delicious 1/2 cup servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Steam chopped greens for 15-20 minutes.
Drain greens, then mix with sour cream and parmesan cheese. Add salt to taste and fresh black pepper.
Place ingredients in Pam-sprayed gratin pan.
Sprinkle on bread crumbs.
Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbling.
If desired, place under broiler and broil till brown, about 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
