this recipe is just the filling. it does not include the toppings. if you use 2 oz. of filling this recipe will fill 16 tacos. Ingredients

    2 packages of old elpaso seasoning mix
    2 lbs. of lean ground turkey
    1 cup of water

Directions

brown ground turkey drain off fat. empty contents of seasoning packs on to turkey add water simmer for about 3 minutes. you should use a scale to weight out 2 oz. of taco meat. or i found that 1 rounded tablespoon of meat fits well in to the hard shells and leaves plenty of room for toppings.
