Ingredients

    2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp uncooked wheat bran
    1 tsp Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 Tbsp Del Monte Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice
    2 tsp Sucralose
    1 Tbsp water


Directions

Spray microwavable ramekin or single serving bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and stir until all ingredients well moistened. (you may need to add more water to achieve the desired consistency). Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds or bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

    Incredible!
    I love this as a quick "Hot" Breakfast. It is absolutely tasty and has a good nutrition content.
    I've tried 1 Tbls of cooked pumpkin in place of applesauce, also ginger in place of the cinnamon.
