Introduction

Variation of a few SB Quiche recipes as well as my favourite Quiche Lorraine recipe. Variation of a few SB Quiche recipes as well as my favourite Quiche Lorraine recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 slices extra lean ham
    1 pkg frozen spinach
    1 cup bell peppers, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Cook spinach in microwave as per package instructions.
2. Chop all veggies
3. Add eggs to spinach in a medium-large bowl
4. Add rest of ingredients
5. Spoon into 12 lined or well-greased muffin cups
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes
