Introduction

I make this only when the whole family gets together. We use a serving spoon for serving it up at 2 spoons full each serving.

Ingredients



    * Ground beef, 32 oz (remove)
    * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 4 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    * *Chips - Doritos - Nacho Cheesier, 36 oz (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips (remove)
    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 24 oz (remove)
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz (remove)
    * *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp (remove)
    * Sour Cream, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 2 cup (remove)
    * Salsa, 3 cup (remove)

Directions

Cook Beef,peppers,onions, together in skillet while simmering in a large pan mix Tomatoes,lettuce and Cheeses together. Drain off fat from beef mixture and add refried beans and taco seasoning heat well and then add to Lettuce Mixture when in add Broken Doritos and mix well Add all of the Salsa and Mix very well. I use Medium Salsa not to tangy that way. Serve with Sour Cream if you want.
