Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    NATUREGG Simply Egg Whites, 0.5 cup
    Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 0.33 cup
    MaraNatha Almond Butter, 5 gram(s) (1 tsp) or substitute Natural Peanut Butter
    *Splenda, 3 tsp (3 packets)
    Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
3. Prepare on griddle, or non-stick frying pan like regular pancakes using 1/4 cup of mixture for each pancake.

Makes 4 medium pancakes. Serving size- 2 pancakes per person.
Serve with Pure Maple syrup, or Strawberry sauce (Defrost frozen strawberries in microwave 1-2 minutes) and Fresh fruit.
