Ingredients

    1cup canola oil
    1 cup brown sugar
    0.5 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup egg white liquid
    1 cup all purpose flour
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    0.5tsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp salt
    2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 cup chopped and pitted dates

Directions

Sift together 1cup all purpose flour, 0.5tsp baking soda, 0.5tsp baking powder and 0.5 tsp salt.

Cream together 1cup canola oil, 1 cup brown sugar 0.5cup powdered sugar and 1 cup egg white liquid.

Mix the flour mixture into the creamed mixture of oil and sugars and stir in the walnuts and dates.

Bake in a well-greased rectangular pan lined with wax paper(also greased) at 350 C for 30-35 mins.
