Introduction

You can use canned pumpkin with just about any cake mix. Usually you add some water, too. This is a new thing. I forgot that I had used evaporated milk and used the fat free sweetened condensed milk this time by accident. It turned out okay. Kids loved it. Not quite as low calorie as the other version, tho. Ingredients

    1 box Reduced Sugar Devil's Food cake mix
    1 can, pumpkin
    1 can (14 oz) of fat free sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Mix together; bake at 350 as per recommendations on box for size cake you pick (flat, round, muffins, etc.).
