Ingredients

    1.5 Cups Flour
    .75 Cup Splenda
    1 Large Egg
    3 Medium Banana's
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    .50 tsp salt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .50 Cup walnuts chopped
    .33 cup Promise Butter

Directions

1.5 Cups Flour
.75 Cup Splenda
1 Large Egg
3 Medium Banana's
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp baking soda
.50 tsp salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.50 Cup walnuts chopped
.33 cup Promise Butter

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and set aside.

Mix together 3 mashed banana's, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 3/4 cup splenda. Then stir in vanilla and cinnamon.

Add the liquid to the flour mixture.
Fold in nuts.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes

    Very Good
    I used land o lakes cinnamon butter spread instead (actually has fewer calories), all else was exactly the same as the recipe and although I only got 12 muffins and not 24, they are good for a low cal alternative to the 250 cal+ I used to make! - 8/3/12
