Ingredients

    2 lbs Chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) dry (organic)
    1 Garlic, blub
    2 Onions, raw
    1 cup Parsley ,fresh
    1 cup Dill , fresh
    2 Tbsp Coriander leaf, dried
    1 tsp Cardamom green, ground before use
    1 tsp salt kosher
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    0.25 tsp Chili powder
    1 Tbsp Cumin seed, ground before use
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1-2 oz chickpea flour [Besan (flour) = gram flour = cici flour = chana flour = garbanzo bean flour)]


Directions

1. Place the chickpeas in a covered bowll of water and place in the refrigerator for 36 hours.
2. Change the water several time.
