Ingredients

    1/2 c. lavender simple syrup
    1 c. lime juice
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. honey

Directions

Place a stainless steel or glass bowl in the freezer to chill. Mix ingredients together, put in chilled bowl, and leave in freezer for about 45 minutes. Ice crystals should just be forming.

Whisk mixture, then place back in freezer. Continue to whisk every 15 minutes until it reaches the consistency of a fine shaved ice.
