Introduction

A nice little healthy recipe for meatballs. Use this with spaghetti or alone as an appetizer. A nice little healthy recipe for meatballs. Use this with spaghetti or alone as an appetizer.

Ingredients

    1 package of Italian Sausage
    1/4 c chopped onion
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/4 c Parmasan cheese grated
    1 egg
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Stir all this stuff together in a large bowl. Get your hands in there! Form 16 or so balls and set on a foil lined cookie sheet. Throw in broiler for 10-12 min until lightly browned.

OR When I make this for spaghetti, I set each uncooked ball in my pot of sauce (even jar sauce). I let them cook in there and the flavors combine. Mmmm.
