Introduction

If you like the taste of chili but dont want the meat this is what you need. If you like the taste of chili but dont want the meat this is what you need.

Ingredients

    garlic
    onions
    peppers green
    peppers red
    celery
    sweet corn
    chickpeas
    black beans
    kidney beans
    tomato diced in a can
    tomato sauce

Directions

salute garlic onions,celery, peppers in frying pan with a tbsp of virgin olive oil. Cook until tender.

In a stock pot heat up tomatoes, tomato sauce chili powder, and all beans and peas.

Add the satueed veggies and the corn to tomato mixture.

If you like the thickness of more beans add your favorite bean to the mixture.

This is really easy and high in fiber and can be served over rice as your protein.

You can always add really hot peppers to it depending on your level of heat you like
