Ingredients

    2 10 3/4 oz cans Campbells 98% Fat-free Broccoli Cheese Soup
    2 1/2 cups skim milk
    3 cups frozen cut broccoli
    1/4 cup (2 ozs) cheese, grated (any type is fine, I used colby jack)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in pot pver medium low heat.

Simmer 20 minutes or until broccoli is cooked, cheese is melted and soup is heated through.

Makes approx 5 - 1 1/2 cup servings
