Introduction

I use this sauce with chicken or pork and have fried rice with it. I use this sauce with chicken or pork and have fried rice with it.

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Corn Starch
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    1/3 cup White Vinegar
    1 (13 - 16 oz can )Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice SAVE THE JUICE
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 large Peppers red or green (any color sweet pepper)

Directions

mix corn starch and brown sugar together. Add vinegar and juice from pineapple and soy sauce. mix well. Cook over medium high heat until it starts to boil and turns 'clear'. Cook for 1 more minute. Turn off heat, added chunk pineapple and chunks of pepper, mix and serve with your favorite meat.
