    1 Beef Roast (2-3 lbs)
    1 can Beef Broth
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    5 cups water
    Season Salt
    Garlic Salt
    Olive Oil


Season beef roast to w/ season salt, garlic salt, and pepper to liking. Coat roast w/ flour. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil on medium/high heat in pot and brown roast on all sides. Add water, broth, and onion soup mix and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer roast for 4-6 hrs. Then add potatoes and carrots and cook an additional 2 hrs. Remove roast from pot and serve.
