Introduction

I LOVE greenbean casserole. We have it at Thanksgiving and Christmas every year. We even have green bean casserole showdowns! This year, I was trying to prepare a lowfat version that is as tasty. I think this might hit the mark!
It is easy to double or extend the recipe as needed for more servings. I think it tastes better reheated the next day.

Ingredients

    1/2 c nonfat greek style yogurt (i use Trader Joe's)
    1/2 can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of mushroom soup
    3 cans Green beans
    1/2 c canned mushroom peices
    Worchestershire Sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    Durkee French Fried Onions , 8 tbsp

Directions

preheat oven to 375
Mix all ingredients except Durkees onions, green beans, and mushrooms in a casserole dish. Drain green beans and mushroom pieces, add to mixture and mix well. Top with Onions, back, covered for 30-40 mintues, remove cover and back additional 5-10 minutes.
serves 6.
