A recipe I got from my mom. Not sure where she got it from. When we bbq we use it on chicken, hamburgers, veggie patties, even on hot dogs! Ingredients

    1.5 cups jicama, shredded
    1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 cup green onion, sliced
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Add as topping on burgers, grilled chicken, even hot dogs.
