This breakfast packs in the fiber so you feel full, plus has all the protein from the yogurt as well. Use any combination of dried fruit and yogurt, to get about the same amount of calories. Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not the instant quick cooking)
    1 container (any 100 calorie flavor) Yoplait light yogurt
    1 serving Ocean Spray cherry flavor craisins
    2 tbsp. (or 3) 1% milk

Directions

The night before you plan to eat this breakfast, get a medium size bowl and put 1/2 cup of oats, then the yogurt, and mix together well. Add in your craisins (or dried fruit of choice) and mix well again. Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to the mix just to give it a little more moisture. Cover and refrigerate overnight, enjoy the next morning. This recipe will only yield 1 serving.
