Blueberry Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Splenda
2 tbsp. Blueberry Preserves
2 tbsp. water
Heat maple syrup and water in a small saucepan over med-low heat.
Add splenda. Heat and stir until it dissolves.
Allow to simmer for 5 mins.
Add blueberry preserves, stirring until they are mixed in.
Makes enough for 1 large serving of pancakes (3 pancakes)
