Introduction

This chili is good all year round. I first made it on my wedding anniversary which was Halloween. My husdand loved it now wants it all the time and it's quick. This chili is good all year round. I first made it on my wedding anniversary which was Halloween. My husdand loved it now wants it all the time and it's quick.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    2 8oz. cans dice tomatoes, no salt
    2 8oz. cans dark red kidney beans
    1 32oz. package of frozen Mexican Fiesta Blend Veg.(corn,black beans)
    2 cups chopped onions
    3 tbs. chili powder ( more or less depending on how hot you want it.)
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions

In 12-inch skillet, cook groud beef and onions over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.

Add tomatoes including liquid,beans, and Mexican Fiesta Blend Veg.; Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve. and Enjoy!
