Ingredients

    2 cans 6oz tuna fish - rinsed and drained
    2 tble Light Mayo
    2 tsp mustand
    2 tbsp dill pickle juice or white vinegar
    1/2 cup green peppers -chopped
    1/2 cup celery chopped
    2 scallions - chopped
    1 hard boil egg, chopped
    S & P to taste

Directions

mix together, adjust the dill pickle juice or vinegar for moisture. The dill pickle juice adds a dilly flavor that's tasty and adds no calories! Can be used for a Tuna Sandwich or plated with mixed greens for a light salad.
