Introduction
Good chili recipe that can be made with Beef or turkey We like to add mushrooms and fresh tomatoes and peppers too. The cumin and corriander should both be ground. Ingredients

2 T vegitable oil
2 Medium Onions
1 Medium Bell Pepper cored, seeded, and cut into cubes
6 medium garlic cloves
1/4 cup chili powder
1 T ground Cumin
2 t Ground Corriander
1 t Red Pepper Flakes
1 t dried Oragano
1/2 t Cyanne Pepper
2 lbs Ground Turjkey or Beef
2 (15 Oz cans Red Kidney Beans
2 (15 Oz cans Black Beans)
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Heat oil in large heavy pan.
Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, pepper flakes, oregano, and Cayanne and cook stirring occasionally untill vegitables are softened and begin to brown.
Increase to high and add beff. Cook untill browned.
Add beans, tomatoe
Bring to a boil and then reduce to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally for one hour.
Remove the cover and continue to simmer for another hour.
If chili sticks to the bottom of the pot add 1/2 cup water, and cook untill slightly thickened.
