Ingredients

3 - eggs
2 cups - yogurt
1/4 cup - oil
2 cups - gluten free flour mixture
1 tsp - baking soda
1/4 tsp - salt
1/3 cup - Splenda (optional)
Directions
Preheat waffle iron or griddle.
Combine wet ingredients (eggs, yogurt, oil) and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl (flour, baking soda, salt).
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. (don't over mix)
