Ingredients

    1. C - Milled Wheat Bran
    1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 C. Rasins
    1 C. apples Chopped
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1C. Fat Free Milk
    1/2. C Molasses or Honey
    3/4 C apple Sauce (no sugar added)
    1/4 C Chopped walnuts
    2TBSP Canola Oil
    2 Large Eggs Beaten
    1 tsp Ginger
    1 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Makes 12 Regular size Muffins , Put in muffin tin I used a 1/3 cup measurer and filled my cupcake pan perfect amount of batter Use paper liners. Pre Heat oven to 400 Combine dry ingredients in one bowl . and the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl and mix until well combined , then add wet ingredients to dry mix just enough to make it moist stir in your nust and raisins and fruit put in your muffin pan and bake .. ENJOY I Know I did !
