Introduction

Change up the usual BBQ grub by throwing this roast on the grill. This rub is oh-so-simple and grills up great! Adopted from "5 spices, 50 dishes" cookbook by Ruta Kahate. Ingredients

    2tsp Ground Ginger
    2tsp Garlic Powder
    1tsp Cayenne
    1tsp Ground Cumin
    1tsp Ground Coriander
    .5tsp Turmeric
    2lb Pork Loin Roast
    6tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Combine all dry spices in a bowl.

Coat Pork Loin Roast with the Canola Oil.

Rub spice mix into Pork Loin Roast.

Cover the roast with foil, toss onto the BBQ on low, let cook for approx 2hrs.

*Note: I use an Outdoor George electric bbq grill set on "2". You can use the end of the coals if using briquettes or set on low if using glass.
